Lush and deceivingly complex, Nashville songwriter Chris Wilson's debut ep, Messy, is a pop assimilation of the bright future of the work to come. Chris mixes strings, inventive percussion, and rich layers of vocals and guitars, all culminating in borderline surreal first listen. If you're into textured pop that challenges your ears and brain, this four song ep should definitely be in your queue of records to check out.
